Yvette offers either return or exchange on most purchased artwork and arts-related items within 21 days of purchase. Shipping costs, if applicable, are not refundable, and any new shipping charges for either exchanging or returning items are borne by the buyer. An authorization code is required prior to shipping items back to Yvette Neumann Fine Art LLC; please contact the artist either by email (yvette@yvetteneumann.com) or phone (360.510.9819) to arrange exchanges or returns in advance. 

We ship throughout the United States and Canada, and do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, at the lowest possible price. Because artwork dimensions vary greatly and are a function of final destination as well as time of year, we do not include shipping charges at the time of purchase.  Working with USPS and UPS, we take measures to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and will provide you with options either by email or phone. You will only be billed these charges upon approval to ship, at which time payment will be due. A separate invoice will be sent to you for payment, and your item will ship with tracking information once payment is confirmed.
