ARTIST STATEMENT
Referring to educating the young as "planting seeds" is a common metaphor - seeds grow into something. Young people (we hope) will grow into adults who are both capable and self-aware. In the end, each will possess a world view that’s uniquely their own, tied to the generation each is born into, and the values of their day.
