In a busy world, where life demands that people wear more and more ‘hats’, managing it all can seem precarious and overwhelming. Roles and responsibilities layer and stack up quickly, as swiftly changing needs pull us this way and that. Though pattern and habit fortify a fragile sense of balance, one never really feels fully in control.
